Temporary Disability Subsidy
The temporary disability subsidy is an amount of money paid to a worker when they are in a situation of temporary disability for work due to a work accident or occupational disease.
Requirements:
The temporary disability subsidy will be granted to the insured in cases of illness, work accident, and occupational disease that prevent the development of work activity
The amount of the temporary disability subsidy will be 50% of the base salary of contribution
To be entitled to the temporary disability subsidy, it will be required that the insured has accredited at least one year of contribution in the period immediately prior to the disability
