Family protection subsidies will be granted to:
a) Insured individuals who are married, widowed with children, and single individuals with recognized natural children at the time of their birth.
b) Insured individuals who can prove they have the exclusive care of orphaned ascendants or siblings.
Family subsidies will be granted for minors under the age of fourteen or for individuals who are incapacitated or pursuing studies.
The family subsidy will be granted through a family fund, distributed by a family evaluation point system that determines the amount of the benefit.
