Disability Benefits
The disability benefit will be granted in cases of permanent partial disability for the usual profession, permanent total disability for all work, and great disability.
- The benefit for permanent partial disability for the usual profession due to common illness will consist of a subsidy of 40% of the base salary of contribution for a period of three months, counted from the declaration of disability.
Requirements:
Original medical discharge from the hospital
Original medical certificate recognizing and determining their degree of disability
Original letter from the company recognizing their disability
Updated copy of the INSESO card
Copy of the DIP
Fill out the application form addressed to the National Delegate
